THE CHALLENGE

To develop an innovative packaging solution to tackle the huge waste current packaging produces and not recyclable.

Frugal Pac is recyclable. This project required a vast amount of product testing on a machine needed for be made to replicate production ready product packaging to be then tested on high speed industrial filling lines. Proving this was essential to produce a competitive product at an affordable price. Working closely machining, assembling and problem solve throughout. Finally showcasing the products at public exhibitions in London and driving and delivering samples to partner in Europe.

DESIGN APPROACH

Separable paper and plastic film packaging to reduce waste and able for products to be recycled easily and not thrown in landfill.
